RESIDENTIAL CLEAN TIER
One Visit with Basic Clean Tier
This is our weekly cleaning service which includes brushing stairs/walls, skimming, emptying all baskets. It also includes backwashing and vacuuming (when necessary). A full water analysis with chemicals are included. Basic Clean customers also receive free Quality Control Audits from IPC Managers. This is to ensure each customer is receiving the service he deserve. Winter Rates are discounted to $22.50.
